Founder of MISHA Foundation Limited. Day 1 capacity: founding director, chairman, and company secretary of the HK CLG. Operational ownership of every workstream until the first independent director and operations hire are in place.
Background
HK permanent resident. Operates Lyfar Studio (separate entity, separate accounting — see Lyfar Studio). Father of Misha (DFNB16, profound bilateral hearing loss). The foundation exists because the standard rare-disease pathway is too slow for Misha’s hearing window; founder bias is explicit and disclosed.
