Take Jeffrey Holt’s verbal commitment from the 2026-03-31 Boston meeting and formalize it into a signed Scientific Advisory Board letter.

1. Draft SAB charter (1-pager) — governance/sab-charter.md
2. Draft SAB invitation letter to Holt — documents/templates/sab-letter.md rendered for Holt
3. Send via DocuSign (or PDF + email)
4. Receive countersigned letter, file to documents/signed/
5. Update Jeffrey Holt with SAB-active flag
