Privacy filter

Quartz build excludes any note where _private: true in frontmatter. Required _private: true paths:

• Everything under finance/
• Everything under people/_patrons/
• documents/signed/ (case-by-case)
• governance/ strategic-deliberation drafts

Validation: scripts/misha-lint.py enforces _private: true on every file under finance/ and people/_patrons/.

Default = public

Per AGENTS §7: write as if every note is public unless explicitly marked private. Failed grant applications, rejected ideas, ranking deltas — all public. Per Chasing My Cure, the public learning trail compounds into legitimacy.
